Submission by CAST to 2003 Senate Telstra Privatisation Hearing

CAST made a submission to the Senate Enquiry into the Privatisation of Telstra and gave evidence to a public Hearing on 1 Oct 2003. We haven't been able to locate an electronic copy of the transcripts of the hearing, although we have been given hard copies. The CAST submision can be found here.
